Journal Prompt

"Prajnaparadha"

translates from Sanskrit to "crime against wisdom" and refers to the experience of willfully ignoring one's inner knowing — going against our intuition and senses.

In Ayurveda, this is considered the root cause of almost all diseases.

On a piece of paper or in a journal, write your answers to these questions. Do not hesitate, just write the first things that come to mind as soon as you read each question. Write as long as you like.
